Family of football actor who died sues propagandize system

ROLESVILLE, N.C. — The family of a North Carolina high propagandize football actor who died after nutritious a conduct damage during use is suing a Wake County propagandize complement and members of a jaunty staff.

The News Observer reports 17-year-old Isaiah Langston died in Sep 2014 from a cadence caused by a conduct damage 5 days prior. The lawsuit says Rolesville High School did not follow a state’s concussion custom and did zero as a teen complained of headaches days before his collapse.

State law dictates that student-athletes displaying concussion symptoms contingency be privileged by a medical alloy or protected jaunty tutor to lapse to practice.

Attorneys for a propagandize repudiate that propagandize employees knew Langston had suffered a concussion or that he had complained of headaches before he collapsed.

“Isaiah Langston was inattentive in one or some-more respects and unsuccessful to practice a correct caring that advantageous persons underneath a same or identical resources would have exercised,” a district pronounced in a matter to a News Observer.

The state medical examiner’s news pronounced that Langston died from “complications of vertebral artery dissection” postulated from “blunt force injury” to both his conduct and neck, CBS associate WNCN-TV in Raleigh reports.
