A SAUDI minister has been slammed for claiming women shouldn’t drive as they have a “quarter” of the brainpower of men.
Sheikh Saad al-Hajari claimed there were “evils of permitting women to drive”, observant it wasn’t their error as they were “made that way”.
Saudi daily Sabq reported the man, who is the the conduct of the government’s eremite revelation management in the southern range of Assir, said: “It is not their fault, but women miss genius do they not?

His comments have been slammed on social media, with many accusing him of misrepresenting Islam.
