Man Sentenced To Life In Prison For Child Molestation

VISALIA, CA. – Today in Department 10 of the Tulare County Superior Court, Visalia Division, Judge Kathryn Montejano condemned Steven Curbow, age 40, of Strathmore, to 38-years-to-life in jail for child molestation. Curbow will also be compulsory to register as a sex delinquent for the residue of his life.

On Dec 20, 2017, Curbow pleaded no competition to two depends of influential rape against a womanlike victim who was under the age of 16 at the time of the acts. Curbow also pleaded no competition to one count of influential verbal climax against a apart womanlike victim who was 15 years old at the time of the act. Curbow certified the special allegations of having mixed victims and that the crimes concerned estimable passionate conduct.

Each count is a transgression and deliberate a strike offense. The crimes occurred between Dec 18, 2013 and Jan 11, 2017.
