GRAPHIC VIDEO: Montana Police Fatally Shoot Man After Hour-Long Standoff

MONTANA — (Billings Gazette) — On May 12, 2017, Billings Police officers were called to the Rims in Billings after a lady reported her boyfriend was melancholy suicide.

30-year-old Ryan Lowell intent in an hour-long deadlock with police before indicating a gun at officers and firing. Officers returned fire, and after being given medical assist by officers and taken to a Billings hospital, Lowell was conspicuous dead.
