Border Agents Arrest Previously Deported MS-13 Member

TUCSON, Ariz. – Tucson Sector Border Patrol agents reserved to the Tucson Station arrested a formerly deported MS-13 squad member Sunday afternoon.

Agents patrolling nearby Sasabe, Arizona encountered and arrested 3 formerly deported Honduran nationals shortly after they entered the U.S. illegally. During processing, agents identified one of the people as Eldin Zuniga-Zuniga, 29, an MS-13 squad member with an endless rapist story in Utah, to embody a Feb 2017 self-assurance for possession with vigilant to discharge a dangerous drug.

Zuniga will sojourn in sovereign control tentative charge for rapist immigration violations involving re-entry of a formerly deported felon. The two other Honduran nationals will also be processed for immigration violations.
