FAMOUSLY Unfit… for Sport Relief is a code new show for 2018 which will air on BBC Two as partial of this year’s sparkling week of Sport Relief activity.

What is Famously Unfit… for Sport Relief 2018?
Famously Unfit for Sport Relief follows 4 celebrities as they embark on a muscle-grinding goal to recover their fitness, while trying to enthuse the British open to do the same and get active for Sport Relief.
The famous foursome have all concurred their personal struggles to keep in figure so as good as fighting their own personal battle, they test the latest scholarship which suggests getting fit in a organisation is much easier than doing it on your own.
Helping the celebrities on their way, are former Olympian and sports scientist Professor Greg Whyte OBE and Trust Me, I’m A Doctor’s Dr Zoe Williams.
The show also facilities visits to two Sport Relief saved projects in the UK.
When is Famously Unfit… for Sport Relief 2018?
Famously Unfit…for Sport Relief will promote on BBC Two forward of the Sport Relief 2018 night of TV on Friday, Mar 23.
Since 2002, Sport Relief, which helps exposed people to live happier and healthier lives, has lifted over £335 million.
The income lifted by the open will be spent by Comic Relief to tackle the vicious issues inspiring people opposite the UK and the world.
This year, Sport Relief culminates in a week of activity from Saturday, Mar 17 to Friday, Mar 23.
Who’s in the line-up?
The celebrities holding charge of their aptness are conform journalist, author and engineer Susannah Constantine, presenter and actor Les Dennis, EastEnders singer and comedienne Tameka Empson, and actor and comedian Miles Jupp
The hour-long programme will see the celebrities pull themselves to the extent as they embark on a goal to recover their aptness and help enthuse the good British open to get active and do their partial for Sport Relief too.

What’s the 10 week challenge?
The show will follow the 4 of them over 10 weeks as they run, quarrel and float their way back to fitness. The programme will cap in one of the UK’s hardest and many demanding earthy challenges, which will see the 4 celebs tackle a murky and burdensome barrier march in frozen temperatures.
