Sexual tension, broken taboos, rivalries, and gender politics… oh boy, does Sofia Coppola’s code new film The Beguiled demeanour like it’s going to take us on heck of a ride.
The new movie, Sofia’s fourth with Kirsten Dunst, also stars Colin Farrell as an harmed Union solider during the American polite fight who appears, close to death, in the grounds of a boarding school for girls in Virginia.
At the ask of Nicole Kidman’s headmistress he is to simply be nursed back to health and sent away, but shortly he cons his way into any of the girl’s hearts in opposite ways and the residence is overshoot by the girls’ passionate awakening.

Speaking at CinemaCon progressing in the year, Sofia called the film ‘intriguing, sexy, fun and dark’ and certified that ‘it takes a dim spin you wouldn’t expect’.
Although it was created by a man, she also reliable that the film will come ‘from the woman’s indicate of view’.
